Reference 2026-179823 Position description Domain Production Job field / Job profile Manufacture assembly and repair - Mechanical assembly Job title Manufacturing Technician Employment type Permanent Professional category Technician Part time / Full time Full-time Job description OBJECTIVES & MISSION Reporting directly to a Production Line Manager, you will also collaborate with the Repair Technician-Leader of your production line. Your objectives and mission: You are involved in repair production activities. You will analyse a failure/reason for a customer return and repair the equipment under the conditions defined by the CMM (Component Maintenance Manual), SB, SIL, and MPTA maintenance documents in force or by the manufacturing file, respecting the regulations in force, the quality, safety/environment, and leadtimes requirements. MAIN ACTIVITIES Your main tasks/activities will be to maintain, repair, calibrate, and test aviation equipment (buoyancy devices, rafts, evacuation slides, oxygen equipment, and their sub-assemblies, etc.) in accordance with the standards in force: - Handling Repair Orders according to instructions. - Repairing according to the required standard. - Using only the industrial means and procedures specified in the schedule/CMM. - Reporting any deviations from the standards to the Support staff. - Reporting your work in real time (clocking). - Preparing shop findings reports (SFR) and repair reports (RR). - Participating in the processing and sanctioning of non-conformities detected during the repair phases. - Conducting the final inspection of repaired assemblies. - Verifying the airworthiness directives before releasing equipment. - Ensuring that repair documentation/files are properly prepared. - Ensuring the integrity, storage, and availability of tooling and conducting periodic inventories at the work stations. - Actively participating in daily coordinating activities with the Technician-Leader & Production Line Manager. In the case of APRS accreditation, the following activities must be covered: - Inspecting products and associated file physically. - Performing configuration checks against the maintenance manual: IPL (Illustrated Part List), AD (Airworthiness Directives), and SB (Service Bulletin). - Identifying gaps and having them addressed. - Checking that the equipment is on the capability list for the acreditation requested by the customer. - Preparing the navigability attestation. - Producing accompanying documents. - Archiving copies of release documents with the file. - Keeping a record of equipment undergoing final inspection / blocked awaiting information, and follow the associated actions. Complying with safety and environmental standards: - Participating actively in Environment/Safety training. - Reporting any risk situation (SPD, PA). - Wearing personal protective equipment. - Complying with Safety Documentation But what else?
