About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and experienced
Interior Designer
with specialist expertise in hospitality design. You'll lead high-profile projects, working from concept through to completion, and play a central role in translating ideas into impactful, customer-focused spaces.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead Design Projects
: Manage concept development and detailed design for retail and hospitality clients from start to finish.
* Bring Ideas to Life
: Produce technical drawings and compelling 3D visualisations that communicate design vision.
* Software Expertise
: Use Vectorworks 2D/3D confidently to deliver outstanding work.
* Client Collaboration
: Work directly with clients to interpret their vision and exceed expectations.
* Studio Culture
: Collaborate with a talented, multidisciplinary team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Project Oversight
: Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
Requirements
* Extensive experience in retail interior design, with hospitality project exposure desirable.
* Advanced proficiency in Vectorworks 2D and 3D is essential.
* A portfolio demonstrating design creativity, technical excellence, and spatial storytelling.
* Strong appreciation for both traditional and digital design approaches.
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
