We're seeking a confident and compassionate social care leader to join a newly opened, purpose-built care home in the Rochester area. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager to be part of something special. As Deputy Home Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the day to day leadership of the home, working closely with the General Manager to ensure the highest standards of care and compliance. This is a flagship home within a fast-growing, luxury care group known for exceptional standards and innovative, resident focused environments. Key responsibilities include: Leading and overseeing the clinical and care delivery within the home Supporting the General Manager in operational leadership and deputising in their absence Ensuring full compliance with CQC regulations and quality standards Promoting a culture of excellence, compassion and teamwork Supporting, mentoring and developing the care team to deliver exceptional outcomes for residents Requirements: Qualified to Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent, e.g. nursing degree) Demonstrable experience in a leadership or deputy role within a care home setting Strong clinical governance and compliance knowledge Passionate about person-centred care, innovation and sustainability Excellent communication and people management skills Salary: £46,250pa Working Monday - Friday 8-5pm This is an excellent opportunity to be p...
