Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor Location: Livingston Salary: 38K | Permanent Shift: Monday to Thursday Day Shift We're recruiting a Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor to lead a busy operational cell within our logistics function. What you'll be doing Lead, motivate and support a small warehouse & logistics team to meet daily operational targets Allocate work, monitor progress and ensure tasks are completed on time Maintain a collaborative, productive and positive team environment Implement best practices to streamline workflow and improve cell performance Identify, troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly Ensure consistent adherence to SOPs and company processes Maintain inventory accuracy and manage stock levels effectively Carry out regular cycle counts and investigate any discrepancies Work closely with inventory management to address stock‑related challenges Use of freight / courier portals to manage global shipping Champion a culture of safety and enforce all Health & Safety standards Conduct safety checks, report hazards and ensure compliance with regulations Promote safe working practices across all warehouse activities Maintain high quality standards across all processes within the cell Investigate quality concerns and implement corrective actions Partner with the Quality team to uphold product integrity Prepare daily performance reports and activity updates Communicate effectively with peers, management and other departments Take part in operational meetings and contribute to continuous improvement discussionsWhy you can expect?
