Job Responsibilities:
* You’ll be using your creativity and communication skills to inspire and motivate your team of staff and volunteers to perform at their brilliant best.
* You’ll have supervisory responsibility for the Welcome Team working with the Welcome Manager to ensure high performance.
* You’ll have responsibility for the day to day operation of the welcome building and car park, ensuring the delivery of the highest standards of service, presentation and visitor experience.
Job Requirements:
* Experience of inspiring and motivating through coaching and role modelling
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Understanding of the aims and ethos of the National Trust
* Experience of working to multiple deadlines and managing own workload
* Is hard working and a committed and a team player
* A flexible customer focused approach, with exceptional standards of customer service
* Strong IT skills and knowledge of relevant Health & Safety procedures
* Outstanding organisation and planning skills, and a good eye for detail
* Excellent people skills, enabling strong relationships, both externally and internally
* Proven record of achieving multiple targets and budgets
