About the Role
The successful candidate will:
Lead the Chemistry department, managing staff, resources, and curriculum planning
Teach Chemistry across KS3, KS4, and KS5
Monitor student progress, implement effective interventions, and ensure outstanding outcomes
Develop and innovate the Chemistry curriculum to engage and challenge learners
Contribute to departmental and whole-school initiatives, including enrichment and STEM promotion
Support, mentor, and develop staff within the department

Has leadership experience in a departmental or curriculum role
