Salary: £15.71ph - Plus incentives
Hours: Full Time - 3-4 days a week 7am-7pm (to include alternate weekends)

A little about St Andrew's Nursing and Care Home
St Andrew’s is located in the village of Ewerby (5 miles east of Sleaford). The home is set around a former vicarage and provides personal care, including nursing and dementia care, for 42 residents.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
* Promote residents’ independence with focus on choice, dignity and respect; contribute during shift handovers
* Lead the team to support residents’ physical, emotional and social wellbeing, delivering high standards of care
* Support carers to provide personal care and daily activities (washing, dressing, eating)
* Administering medication
* Write and update care plans and maintain accurate daily records
* Promote residents’ choice, dignity and independence at all times
Essential Requirements
* Relevant professional qualification (e.g., Registered Nurse or NVQ minimum level 3)
* Minimum of one year’s experience in a senior care role in a residential or nursing home
* Experience conducting and writing effective person-centred One-to-One sessions
* Live within 30 minutes of the home
Preferred Requirements
* One year experience in a similar role or two years in a senior care role
* One year experience caring for residents living with dementia
* NVQ Level 4 or 5 in Adult Health and Social Care
* Hold a driving licence
