As HR Business Partner, you will support the Commercial leadership team within the UK & Ireland in the areas of talent management, performance management, employee and leadership development, employee relations, change management, employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. Also, assisting in the development and implementation of human resources priorities and objectives for the region, in alignment with the global HR Centers of Excellence (COE) and broader organizational priorities. What will you do?
* Serve as a consultant to leaders in designated client groups within the UK and European region, primarily focusing on the Commercial business and supporting other lines of business.
* Employ effective change management strategies to support business transformation activities.
* Support organizational change and design by collaborating with senior management and other HRBPs to identify business needs and implement solutions.
* Partner across the global HR function to deliver value-added services aligned with business objectives.
* Work with the Talent & Organizational Capability COE to improve engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
* Manage TUPE projects as required, coordinating with departments and HR leadership.
* Lead annual processes for talent management, succession planning, performance management, and compensation planning for the region.
* Coordinate with Talent Acquisition regarding recruitment activities.
* Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and develop Performance Improvement Plans as needed.
* Lead HR or business-driven initiatives such as organizational restructuring, cultural change, or employee rewards.
* Provide coaching and counseling to employees and management on sensitive issues.
What do we look for?
* Senior-level HR experience in a business-facing role, with talent management and employee relations expertise.
* Experience in Change Management and organizational development.
* 12-month contract commitment.
