Nursery: Bright Horizons Chelmsford Day Nursery and Preschool
Salary: £25,200- £30,000 per annum (dependant on qualification/s and experience)
We are looking for a full-time, qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our Bright Horizons Chelmsford Day Nursery and Preschool.

What you’ll be doing
* Planning, creating, implementing, and reflecting on engaging activities to support children’s development
* Building strong partnerships with parents and carers
* Ensuring child welfare, protection, health, safety, and safeguarding
* Collaborating with colleagues to maintain a positive and safe environment
What we’re looking for
* Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification (essential)
* Experience working with children (e.g., Nursery Nurse, Practitioner, Educator)
* Passion for engaging and fun learning experiences
* Ability to build trust with colleagues and parents
* Effective communication skills with children and adults
* Strong knowledge of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements
