What You'll Do
* Monitor power and environmental conditions across all critical spaces
* Perform maintenance using our CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
* Respond to incidents, support MOP/EOP execution, and ensure real-time communication
* Escort and oversee vendors and contractors, ensuring compliance with safety and process standards
* Support commissioning, construction, and infrastructure upgrade projects
* Conduct site rounds, report findings, and contribute to continuous improvements
* Follow all safety regulations and internal change control protocols
* Assist in planning, documentation, and SOP development for site operations
What You'll Bring
* Prior experience in a critical environment (data centers, hospitals, utilities, etc.)
* Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems and operations
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities
* Proven reliability, accuracy, and ownership in high-stakes environments
* Familiarity with CMMS systems and incident response protocols is a plus
