Your role

You'll work in a residential care setting, supporting children with day-to-day life, emotional well-being, and general mentorship and support. You'll:

* Build positive relationships based on trust and respect
* Encourage independence and daily routines
* Support emotional regulation and behaviour management
* Be a steady, caring presence - someone they can count on


What we're looking for

* 6+ months of full-time care experience (in the last 3 years)
* At least 3 months' experience working with children or young people (in the last 3 years)
* Right to work in the UK
* A kind, resilient, and team-focused attitude
