We are currently seeking a Solicitor to join a thriving team specialising in telecoms, asset management, development and investment work. This role offers the chance to manage a diverse range of high‑calibre client matters and contribute to the growth of a dynamic and forward‑thinking team.
Role Requirements :
* Qualified Solicitor (ideally 4‑10 PQE+) with experience in Scottish commercial real estate work
* Enthusiastic and self‑motivated team player committed to supporting team goals
* Strong organisational skills to manage tasks within timescales and handle high‑volume projects
Skills :
* Confident communicator with the ability to develop relationships internally and with clients and undertake client marketing
* Ability to adopt a commercial perspective on legal issues
* Methodical approach to handling various commercial property matters through case management systems
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high‑standard work
