Role Description
We are looking for a commercially aware Partnerships Manager to manage and develop affiliate and lender relationships across our US network. You will be judged on performance, not time spent online.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow affiliate and lender accounts
* Develop and maintain strategic partnerships
* Structure and support brokerage and tiered agreements
* Monitor performance and optimise yield
* Build strong working relationships with stakeholders
* Maintain disciplined pipeline and account processes
Qualifications
* Degree preferred
* Experience in a similar role, ideally within pingtree, affiliate network, performance marketing, fintech, insurance or financial services
* Strong account management and relationship building skills
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven ability to manage and develop strategic partnerships
* Commercial awareness and performance mindset
* Flexible to align with US hours when required
