Faststream Recruitment is seeking an experienced Executive Sous Chef to join the culinary team onboard a prestigious luxury cruise line.
The Role:
* Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing all culinary operations, ensuring ultra-high dining standards.
* Lead and develop a diverse team of chefs, fostering excellence in execution.
* Ensure top-tier food quality, safety, and hygiene compliance (USPH/HACCP).
* Support food cost management, stock control, and provisioning.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Executive Sous Chef within the luxury cruise sector.
* Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
* Expertise in fine dining and international cuisine.
