About the Role
As Social Media Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of VWV’s social media strategy, growing our presence and strengthening our brand across key platforms like LinkedIn.
* Develop and manage a content calendar, producing high‑quality graphics and short‑form videos.
* Create, curate, and manage engaging social content that showcases the firm’s expertise and thought leadership.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to uncover stories and insights, turning complex topics into accessible social posts.
* Track performance, analyse results, and provide smart recommendations to continually improve engagement and reach.
* Train and support colleagues to build their own professional presence on social media, becoming firm ambassadors online.
About You
You bring both creativity and strategy to the table, seeing the big picture while getting the details right.
* Hands‑on experience managing social media channels for a business or professional services firm.
* Clear understanding of tailoring content for LinkedIn and similar platforms.
* Strong communication skills, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and collaborating across teams.
* Flair for writing and storytelling, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to turn complex information into clear, compelling messages.
* Experience using social media management tools, analysing data and metrics, and managing paid campaigns is a plus.
* Background in Marketing, Communications or Digital Media is ideal, but curiosity, creativity and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential.

Where You Will Be Working
We operate a hybrid model; for this role you will work from one of our four office locations for 2–3 days per week, benefiting from our warm culture and cross‑referral opportunities across teams. We welcome discussion on any specific hybrid working arrangements that suit individual candidates.
