Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive secretarial support to conveyancing solicitors. Prepare and proofread legal documents, including contracts and correspondence. Manage client files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other third parties. Handle diary management, scheduling appointments, and meetings. Conduct administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry. Requirements: Minimum of 1 years' experience in a conveyancing legal secretary role.
