The Company\n\nOur client is a brand leading FMCG company. Due to growth, they are looking to recruit a Supply Chain Manager.\n\nThe Role\n\n * Will be responsible for leading the Supply Chain team and enhancing the supply chain operations.\n\n * Ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness and seamless delivery of raw materials.\n\n * The role also involves strategic planning, supplier management, purchasing, sourcing, demand planning, 3PL warehousing and transport, and continuous improvement to meet business objectives.\n\nThe Person\n\n * Will have proven management experience of a supply chain function.\n\n * Ideally be degree qualified in logistics, business or a related field or have relevant experience.\n\n * Strong leadership and team management skills.\n\n * FMCG experience is preferred.\n\n * Good knowledge of ERP systems, demand planning tools and supply chain analytics.\n\n * 3PL Warehousing, freight and logistics experience.\n\n * Proven track record in supplier negotiation, cost optimization and logistics efficiency.\n\n * Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.\n\nThe Benefits\n\n * Attractive base salary.\n\n * Working for a forward-thinking growing business.\n\n * Good company T’s and C’s.\n\n * Annual bonus.\n\n * Life insurance
