Job Purpose
Soha Response is our new in-house contracting business. This role is an essential part of the team, providing a comprehensive, efficient and responsive property maintenance service.
Role specific duties;
* Develop and manage appointment schedules to support Soha Response's repairs and maintenance initiatives.
* Utilise Total Mobile software to optimise planning and scheduling processes, ensuring the correct Trade Operative is deployed.
* Manage the delivery of jobs allocated to Trade Operatives, balancing internal staff and subcontractors as appropriate to meet SLAs.
* Oversee the scheduling of reactive works, ensuring tasks are assigned to the appropriate resources based on location, expertise, and response time targets.
* Monitor job progress to completion, ensuring all parts and materials are accounted for and all required documentation is completed.
* Optimise Trade Operative productivity by ensuring the efficient use of workdays, following up on incomplete jobs and reassigning as necessary.
* Arrange third-party attendance and manage Purchase Orders and Work Requests to meet response times and cost requirements.
* Escalate issues related to jobs, clients, or Trade Operatives, and maintain full audit trails.
* Proactively report deficiencies in systems or equipment that could impact service delivery, safety, or the environment.
What you will need to have:
* Experience in planning and scheduling roles, ideally within social housing or repairs and maintenance services.
* Demonstrated proficiency in Total Mobile software or other scheduling tools through hands-on application.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of identifying and implementing effective solutions.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting, handling multiple priorities with efficiency.
Successful candidates will be subject to a basic DBS check.
