I am looking for a Joiner to work on behalf of a local council in the North Shields area. The successful candidate will carry out reactive maintenance on domestic properties across the North Shields and wider area. Work will include planned maintenance such as hanging doors, replacing architraves and installing skirting.
The Joiner will receive:
£19 P/H Umbrella or CIS
Long run of work
The successful candidate will be expected to complete:
Planned maintenance on domestic properties
8:00AM - 4:00PM, Monday to Friday - 37 hours per week
2nd fix maintenance to a high standardI am really keen in speaking to anyone who has:
City and Guilds or NVQ in carpentry or joinery
CSCS card (skilled)
Previous social housing/council house maintenance experience
Asbestos awareness ticket (in date)
Manual Handling
