Are you an experienced Die Cutting Machine Operator with a passion for precision and performance? We are currently looking for skilled and dependable individuals to join our production team, playing a key role in producing high-quality packaging components.
As a Die Cutter, you will be responsible for setting up, operating and maintaining die cutting machinery to meet production specifications and deadlines.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our factory and as such, experience in die cutting/creasing, embossing and debossing is essential, along with a strong understanding of working with a variety of materials such as paper, folding boxboard, corrugated materials and other substrates used in packaging.
What you'll be doing:
* Set up and operate die cutting machines to precise packaging specifications.
* Monitor machine performance and adjust as needed to ensure the highest quality and precision in cutting.
* Load and unload materials accurately, ensuring proper alignment and cutting precision.
* Work closely with the production team to meet tight deadlines and maintain high product standards.
* Maintain machine cleanliness and conduct routine maintenance to avoid downtime.
* Ensure all safety protocols and quality checks are followed consistently.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in die cutting, creasing, embossing and debossing.
* Familiarity with folding carton and corrugated materials.
* Ability to troubleshoot and adjust machinery as needed.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

* Willingness to work overtime and support other shifts when required.

Pay: £15.50-£20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
