Interaction Education are really pleased to be supporting a great secondary school in the Watford area in their search for a Modern Foreign Languages Teacher (MFL) specialising in the delivery of French or Spanish lessons. Someone with both would be amazing!
This is a contract role between January 2026 and the end of the academic year of 2025/2026, in July.
The key responsibilities for the role can be found below:
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in [languages taught].
* Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all students.
* Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback.
* Contribute to curriculum development and department initiatives.
* Promote the use of language beyond the classroom.
* Ensure the safeguarding and well-being of all students.
Key Requirements:
* Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Degree in Modern Foreign Languages (or related field).
* Strong classroom management and communication skills.
* Ability to teach [languages] to GCSE and A-Level (if applicable).
* Passionate about languages and cultural diversity.
