About the Role As a result of significant growth, our client is looking for PSB Designer to increase their CAD Processing & PCB Layout Design Team. Job specifications Helping to plan, layout and create new multilayer printed circuit board designs using Altium Designer. Library part creation and schematic capture. Liaising with the testing team, ensuring compliance is in line with company and customer requirements. Generating information required for quotations and liaising with the sales team Running testability analysis reports. Extracting information from Gerber files Processing board CAD information to prepare customer quotations and software design files Skills/experience Experience working within a similar role Experience focused on PCB layout design using Altium Designer Ability to read schematics and technical drawings Ability to understand and communicate technical information Good organisational skills Accuracy / attention to detail Problem solving techniques Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills.
