Your main responsibilities for being a nurse are to assess all aspects of client's care needs, provide health supervision and direct nursing care, maintain ongoing assessments, ensure care plans are completed in conjunction with clients, relatives, and other professionals, administer prescribed medicines, practice integrity, supervise staff, attend training, and maintain communication with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
