Working in collaboration with internal stakeholders across Engineering, Product Management and Technical Leadership, the Senior/Principal Systems Engineer will:
~ Lead the definition, design, and delivery of product architectures and integrated system solutions across complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
~ Define and manage integration strategies, ensuring seamless interaction between software, hardware and network components.
~ Support verification and validation planning and execution throughout the system lifecycle.
~ Apply systems engineering best practice and standards to ensure quality and compliance.
~ Identify and manage technical risks and opportunities, implementing mitigation strategies.
~ Provide mentoring and guidance to project teams on systems engineering principles and practices.
~- Contribute to process improvement and knowledge sharing across the engineering organisation.
Proven experience leading systems engineering activities within complex, multi-disciplinary environments.
Experience with requirements capture, traceability, and validation across the full engineering lifecycle.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across engineering disciplines and stakeholders.
Adaptability to evolving project needs, technologies, and stakeholder priorities.
Experience using systems engineering tools and repositories.
Background in integration of software, hardware, and firmware systems.
Hold a relevant degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline, or have equivalent professional experience;
