* Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to company procedures.
* Manage and supervise team members, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and growth.
* Implement effective merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
* Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock availability.
* Maintain organisational standards by ensuring the cafe is clean, well-organised, and visually appealing.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
* Utilise time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively while managing multiple responsibilities including organising the rota
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a management or supervisory role in hospitality
* Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
* Solid organisational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks.
* Experience in merchandising and understanding of retail dynamics is preferred.
* Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude towards challenges
