What you'll be doing as a Sous Chef in Newquay:
* Leading the hot kitchen team, preparing dishes for the site's central B&I estate
* Inventing and developing menus that are aligned with client and customer needs
* Producing high-quality dishes on time to ensure seamless service
* Presenting every plate to 'picture perfect' standards
* Collaborating on new food concepts and service styles
