About The Role
HC-One is looking for a Chef with an S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery, a minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate, and an understanding of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points.

About You
You should be organized to meet service times, capable of planning and prioritizing independently, and skilled at following recipes accurately. Your passion for food and understanding of the importance of good-quality, home-cooked meals for Residents are essential. Additionally, you will communicate considerately and kindly with Residents and colleagues.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect, and know the procedures to follow if concerns arise. All staff are required to attend safeguarding training relevant to their role and to seek advice and escalate concerns as necessary.
