Influencer Marketing Executive
Location: Harold Hill, Romford (Full-time office based)
Reports To: Head of Brand
Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and creative Influencer Marketing Executive to manage and grow gifting-based influencer campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement. This role focuses on building strong relationships with influencers and ensuring content feels natural, on‑brand, and shareable.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify, engage, and onboard influencers and content creators that align with Linzi Shoes’ values and aesthetic.
* Build and nurture strong, long‑term relationships with influencers and brand advocates.
* Manage gifting campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and follow‑up with influencers.
Campaign Execution
* Plan and execute gifting campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant platforms to increase brand awareness.
* Brief influencers clearly on campaign goals, brand messaging, and content expectations.
* Ensure all influencer content aligns with Linzi Shoes’ brand voice, USPs, and social media strategy.
Performance Tracking & Optimisation
* Monitor campaigns and measure success using engagement metrics, reach, and audience growth.
* Provide insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns.
* Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices in influencer marketing.
* Work closely with the social media and creative teams to provide influencers with assets and guidance.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure influencer activity supports wider brand campaigns.
Skills & Experience Required
* 1–3 years’ experience in influencer marketing, preferably in fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands.
* Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and influencer marketplaces/tools.
* Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and organisational skills.
* Creative mindset with an eye for content that feels authentic and engaging.
* Existing relationships with fashion/lifestyle influencers.
* Experience with influencer management platforms.
* Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
