About the role:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Partnerships Manager, to lead the development and implementation of marketing initiatives aimed at identifying and optimising distribution channels. This role involves conducting market research and analysis to uncover new opportunities for channel expansion, partnerships, and co-branding initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing channel relationships, licensing agreements, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships to maximise revenue growth. They will design and deliver collaborative marketing programmes with third-party partners to broaden brand reach and impact.
Responsibilities:
* Manage relationships with key business stakeholders and assist in developing an end-to-end partner priority roadmap that is reviewed on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
* Grow commercial value (sales & revenue) from existing partners across all Lines of Business (LOB): Protection, Installs and On Demand.
* Manage the full lifecycle of Development & Partnership activities from research, lead generation and cultivation to final implementation (New Business Development / On-Boarding / In-life Management).
* Understand and work within FCA regulatory framework to ensure all third-party relationships and sales are fully compliant.
* Maintain broad understanding of all Lines of Business and stay up to date through training, networking, events, and presentations.
Qualifications / what we’re looking for:
* Identify sector trends and customer needs to help build the business development strategy and plan.
* Manage relationships and accounts, extracting more value from existing partners and developing a pipeline of new ones.
* Deliver sales, revenue and contribution by partner/customer over and above in-year targets and plans.
* Develop proposals and presentations to generate and nurture growth opportunities within sector and across each LOB.
* Assist in preparation of business cases, forecasts, RFPs and other commercial documentation.
* Assist in tender/RFP processes as required for business growth.
* Coordinate onboarding of new partners with support from BG functions/3rd party agency as needed.
* Coordinate the implementation of sales & marketing strategies/plans with partners, pulling in support from other BG functions as needed (e.g., Digital, Marketing, Operations, Finance).
