Breakfast Chef de Partie
Full Time Permanent
40 hours a week including weekends
Salary £33,093
Reporting to the Executive Head Chef, you will be responsible for food preparation and managing a food section, specifically breakfast and weekend food offerings. You will assist in restaurant service for breakfast functions, oversee food costs, and ensure health and safety standards are maintained in the kitchen.
You will be an excellent communicator, organized, and able to work efficiently under pressure.
