* Build strong relationships with parents and carers to foster early intervention strategies.
* Encourage students to engage positively with school life and adhere to the Academy’s values.
* Support the wider school community in creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment.
* You will be at the heart of our mission to help students thrive – academically and personally – while acting as a role model for professionalism and integrity.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
* Experienced in supporting young people in education, youth, or community settings.
* Skilled in managing student behaviour and conducting investigations or interviews.
* Approachable, empathetic, and able to motivate students with authority and care.
* Organised, proactive, and calm under pressure.
* A team player who can also work independently and take initiative.
* Committed to confidentiality, fairness, and inclusion.
* Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – are essential, along with a genuine passion for working with young people in a diverse and multi-cultural school community.
Why Join Us?
