Job Description
Executive Assistant responsibilities:* Provide administrative support, including diary management and meeting coordination.* Organising meetings and business trips.* Manage correspondence, including emails, calls, and mail, ensuring timely responses.* Maintain accurate records and filing systems, both electronically and physically.* Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.* Invoicing and payment management.* Support ad hoc administrative tasks as required by the team.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Team Assistant should have:* Previous experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role.* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.* Experience within Private Equity or Investment firms.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads effectively.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* A proactive and professional approach to problem-solving.
