Foster "Creative Behaviours" in pupils, including questioning, problem-solving and envisaging "What If". Lead the implementation of our Digital Tool Accessibility Matrix, utilising platforms like Google for Education, Google Workspace, Gemini, Canva and Century AI to enhance pupil access. Balance high-precision teaching of Reading, Writing and Maths with highly creative, hands-on afternoon sessions. We Offer: A significant training package including curriculum intent, assessment, and specialist SEND support. A "Necessary for some, useful for all" scaffolding approach that supports workload and pupil progress. A commitment to "Active Marking," prioritising instant feedback over heavy post-lesson paperwork. The ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
