To undertake all planned and scheduled window cleaning, high-level or specialist cleaning works to various sites and locations across the Midlands and North Region of the UK
* Window cleaning
* Carpet cleaning
* Hard floor cleaning
* Pressure washing
* Graffiti removal
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* To complete all necessary equipment checks as and when required
* To ensure all paperwork and documentation is kept up to date
* To ensure all team members integrate and communicate
* To work safely within the safety guidelines
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* The successful candidate must have the following
* Commercial window cleaning experience is required
* Must be able to work at height
* Specialist cleaning knowledge (desirable or training provided)
* Must be able to work in a team or independently
* Ability to travel
* Able to stay away from home when required
* IPAF,PASMA.WORKING AT HEIGHT,HARNESS TRAINING,SEAMA
Must have the following qualifications or certification
DBS CHECKED
* 5 years checkable work history
