I need someone to modify the last desing that I have received (see attached)
I have listed below the changed I would like done - before renderings are made I would like to see the updated floor plan to approve.
I need this done as soon as possible

1. Roof to span out 1m outwards from all edges of the house and 1m over the deck railing
2. Put bathroom on opposing wall
3. Remove dresser and add 2m wide by 4m high fixed window
4. Expand sliding doors from bathroom to end of the wall were the other window will be
5. Remove couch and dinning table put king bed almost centered in the space
6. Make kitchen smaller - to include mini fridge, coffee maker (like a hotel room see image below, make black with wood counter but larger like the 2nd image with the fridge in the middle)
7. Make the deck 2.5m wide and not 3
8. Make the unit 5 meters wide and not 4
9. Put a little seating area in corner by fixed window
10. Put a bathtub outside and remove the dining table
11. Make sliding glass doors 3m high and larger all the way to the bathroom wall on one side and all the way to the corner on the other
12. Put 60x120 beige tile on the floor inside and out
13. Keep white walls
14. Bathroom to have a pendant light above the sink (not wall mounted)
15. Put 40x20 tiles in the shower choose neutral color
16. The goal is to make this look like a very neutral but nice hotel room with great jungle views
17. Add deck railing (on the 7m long area and just one 1m panel on each side so there is access from the sides
18. 1 fan centered above the bed (this is a studio) 1 AC above kitchenet (mounted on external bathroom wall)
19. Pendant lights on each side of the bed above night tables (not wall mounted)

once the layout design is approved I would like a total of 6 renderings of the interior & exterior
