We are seeking a Progress Chaser for our busy, faced paced Volkswagen dealership based in Sutton Coldfield.

Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor the progress of vehicles through the preparation process and ensure that they meet agreed quality control standards as well as identifying and resolving any issues that arise during the process, keeping all parties updated
* Conduct regular inspections of vehicles, managing and maintaining quality control procedures to ensure that they meet quality standards in line with preparation requirements
* Maintain accurate records of all vehicles produced
* Manage and process vehicles throughout the whole journey in the dealership
* Build and maintain positive relationships with all team members
* Managing flow of vehicles both in and out of the site and completing relevant collection/delivery notes identifying and recording and damage, missing parts or issues
The Ideal Candidate will have:
* Has a desire to help people and the team
* Efficient and able to work to deadlines
* Attention to detail
* You must have excellent communication skills
* Ensures compliance with relevant guidelines and policies adhered to
* Previous experience in vehicle sales would be an advantage
