Elevation HR are delighted to be recruiting exclusively for one of our key clients, a leading engineering & distribution business who are looking for a HR Business Partner to join their UK head office team in Chesterfield on a full-time, permanent basis.

Reporting into the HR Manager, you will have the opportunity to get stuck into a wide range of projects to support the business with their growth strategy, this is a generalist role covering everything from employee relations, engagement, data analytics, job evaluation to policy development. This role sits within a global organisation with a strong footprint across Europe.
As a HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for:
* Partner with senior leaders as a trusted HR advisor, influencing decisions and driving people-focused solutions
* Shape performance management, talent development and succession planning to build future capability
* Champion employee engagement and culture initiatives that genuinely enhance the employee experience
* Deliver meaningful HR insights and analytics to support strategic decision-making and workforce planning
* Drive the delivery of key HR initiatives, projects and policies, while supporting GDPR, payroll and H&S priorities
* Lead on complex employee relations matters, providing clear, confident and pragmatic guidance
* Building relationships with key stakeholders across multi-site which may include some travel (approx twice per month)
What we are looking for:
* CIPD Qualified or working towards this
* Experience in HR data analysis and management information reporting
* Minimum of 3 years UK HR experience
* Confidence to influence stakeholders at all levels
