We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator at our Colne warehouse. Ideal candidate needs to be approachable, positive and organised; you will be the first point of contact between the customers and our company. In this responsible position, you will strive to satisfy queries and requests for advice and information in a timely and effective manner. Confident in a range of IT applications, including Outlook, Access and Excel, you will have previous experience in a customer service environment where you will have developed a flair for establishing rapport with customers. Good administration skills will also be vital. You will also be responsible for the timely processing of customer returns, providing output reports to our teams to ensure customer refunds are processed accurately.
We would consider part time applicants for a minimum of 30 hours per week across 5 days.
Role and responsibilities
Responsible for all external customer communication regarding online orders & purchases.
· Manage inbox & provide timely responses to customers.
· Review & investigate warranty claims when received.
· Investigation of missing/delayed parcels with relevant courier service
· Logging and monitoring of claims for lost/damaged parcels with relevant courier service.
Receipt, inspection and completion of returns from online orders & purchases
· Processing of customer returns to ensure they can be resold as new stock.
· Flagging of any products that fall short of required standards.
· Compile reports of all completed returns to be processed for customer refunds.

Excellent IT and Administration skills
English language (written & oral)
Confident in dealing with external customers.
Previous experience in a customer service role would be beneficial.
