Salary - Between £65k - £80k + annual bonus & benefits
Location - Edinburgh - 18 month FTC / Secondment
Office Attendance - Our roles are hybrid; however, you should be able to travel to our Edinburgh office 2 days per week for this position.

1. Create and distribute consolidatedmercial performance against KPIs and strategic objectives for Tesco Bank and relative partners.
2. Produce high quality customer andmercial performance updates to the Tesco Bank and Barclays executive leadership.
3. Use data and insights to identify underperformance and continuously improvemercial oues, joining data points across the businesses.
4. Identify growth opportunities, market strategies, andpetitive propositions to sustainably grow Tesco Bank andpliment the Barclays 'multi-brand' strategy.
5. Support oversight of themercial planning process.
6. Independently challengemercial targets and ensure alignment across departments.
7. Act as a key advisor to senior leadership onmercial matters.
8. Collaborate across the business and multiple stakeholders to ensure business objectives are understood and suitable roadmaps to delivery are in place.
We need you to have
9. Experience of banking products, preferably in unsecured lending and/or retail deposits.
10. Experience working in amercial or data team within retail banking.
11. petence in producing writtenmunications for all levels of the business, particularly at an executive level.
12. Ability to confidently articulate and managemercial performance, reporting against the strategy.
13. An inquisitive and proactive approach to identify and convey business performance opportunities and threats.
And if you have any of these, even better
14. A relatively strong understanding of the UK retail banking landscape, key institutes, market trends and future threats and opportunities.
15. Experience working in a strategy team and or in a strategy focused role.
16. Experience of analysis and reporting software, for example Power BI, tableau etc.
