Job Description
The M25 is one of our flagship projects in the UK, being the most used part of the UK Strategic Road Network with over 200,000 vehicles daily. It includes around 800 structures and 5 tunnels, requiring high performance and ongoing maintenance.
We have formed a Joint Venture, Connect Plus Services (CPS), to operate and maintain the M25 under a 30-year contract. We seek a dynamic, self-motivated individual with a project background to join our fast-paced team, delivering various schemes from feasibility to handover, with project values ranging from £100k to over £3m. Schemes include safety, environmental, technology, remedial works, and junction improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build collaborative relationships with the Portfolio Manager and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are understood and achieved.
* Ensure compliance with the DBFO contract, clarify roles, resolve risks, produce reports, and maintain records.
* Support project planning, resource allocation, and delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
* Assist in developing cost profiles, identifying risks, and developing solutions.
* Support contractor and designer performance, ensuring safety, time, and cost objectives are met.
* Contribute to sustainability initiatives, including net zero and biodiversity.
* Coordinate with construction teams on permits, certificates, and site reporting.
