Senior Solution Architect
Location: Stafford / Luton (Hybrid Working) Salary: £95k+ Base with Uncapped OTE Job Type: Full-time
Are you an integration expert who excels at bridging the gap between strategic vision and technical reality?
At DigX, we are looking for a Senior Integration & Solution Architect to lead major enterprise transformation initiatives. This is a pivotal role where you will be the core driver behind our clients' success, overseeing everything from initial discovery to final delivery. You won't just be designing solutions; you'll be shaping them, ensuring every integration aligns perfectly with our clients' strategic goals.
This role is for a leader who is as comfortable in a C-suite meeting as they are deep in a solution blueprint.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Strategic Leadership & Client Engagement: Act as the primary technical point of contact, building professional relationships at all levels. You will lead client discovery sessions to understand business challenges and communicate strategic solutions.
* Architectural Ownership: You will be responsible for the production of Solution Blueprints and will own the development of the Programme Integration and Environment Strategies. Your oversight will ensure end-to-end system designs are robust and aligned with business objectives.
* Hands-On Design & Delivery: Oversee the comprehensive design of integration solutions for systems like Dynamics 365 (Project Operations and Finance), ensuring seamless integration with enterprise environments. You'll also provide guidance to technical teams and, when necessary, perform hands-on tasks like coding and testing.
* Driving Growth: Identify strategic opportunities to enhance and expand engagements with our current clients.
Your Skills & Experience:
We're looking for a seasoned professional with deep technical expertise and exceptional consulting skills.
Required Technical Skills:
* Extensive experience with complex system migrations, including data migration and ETL processes.
* Proven expertise with Dynamics 365 (Project Operations and Finance).
* Demonstrated expertise in Azure Integration Services and architectural patterns.
* Familiarity with architecture frameworks and tools for modeling, documentation, and governance.
Required Professional Skills:
* Excellent consulting skills and the ability to confidently communicate with C-suite executives.
* A strong ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholder audiences.
* Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to identify and mitigate architectural risks early.
