An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a highly regarded and busy dispute resolution team based in Milton Keynes. Key Responsibilities Manage a varied caseload of commercial disputes, including contract, shareholder, partnership, and professional negligence matters. Advise a diverse range of clients from national corporates and SMEs to private individuals. Draft and prepare pleadings, witness statements, correspondence, and settlement agreements. Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and High Court proceedings. Work closely with senior lawyers on complex matters while maintaining responsibility for your own files. Contribute to business development and client relationship initiatives. Provide support and guidance to junior team members as required. Essential Skills & Experience Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years' post-qualification experience in commercial litigation. Broad experience in handling contentious commercial matters. Excellent technical knowledge and drafting skills. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Commercially focused with a proactive and client-driven approach. Highly organised and able to manage multiple matters efficiently.
