Job Description: Marketing Operations and Campaigns Manager Location: Holywood, Northern Ireland/ Hybrid Salary: £50-55K salary, dependant on experience Reports to: Head of Marketing Our Client is offering a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team that is focused on helping businesses make a bigger impact on our sustainable future. The market for sustainability technology solutions that help large organisations improve their transition to a more sustainable future is now experiencing strong growth. Key Responsibilities CRM & MarketingOperations Management Build and maintain our marketing tech stack, ensuring tools are effectively integrated and aligned to team needs (e.g. CRM, marketing automation, analytics platforms). Maintain and optimise organisational data, marketing workflows and user journeys within HubSpot, ensuring accuracy, segmentation logic and compliance with data protection regulations (GDPR). Develop and implement CRM hygiene standards and governance (e.g. deduplication, data enrichment and custom properties) to continually optimise our marketing and sales approach. Design and embed a data-driven approach to lead nurturing, lead scoring and customer lifecycle management. Develop and manage a lead scoring framework that qualifies marketing leads through to sales handoff, ensuring a smooth transition from MQL to SQL. Delivering strategic impact, you will blend sleeves-up execution with systems-level thinking, evaluating and implementing new tooling to close operational gaps. Manage agency partners to scale our Marketing Operations capability as we grow. Data Management Data Steward: Be the internal custodian of our prospect and customer data, curating its health, growth, engagement and richness to extract maximum value for our business. Build data management documentation and knowledge bases to educate current employees and onboard future teammates. Outbound Campaign Planning & Execution Utilise HubSpot and Apollo (or similar platforms) to research, segment and build targeted contact lists. Plan and execute multichannel outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, etc.), including setting measurable goals, timelines and follow-up tactics. Execute tactical and strategic ABM campaigns via HubSpot sequences, ensuring personalisation, A/B testing and compliance with lead nurturing best practice. Ensure campaigns align with other marketing activities across the team, utilising automation and workflows where possible to enrich these initiatives. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, customer success and product teams to ensure smooth lead handoffs, accurate attribution, and accurate reporting across the customer lifecycle. Analytics & Reporting Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into campaign performance, marketing KPIs, pipeline contribution, and ROI. Monitor campaign performance (open, click-through, conversion and response rates). Analyse results to generate actionable insights and optimise future activities. Provide regular campaign performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting successes, learnings and next steps. Support the eventual introduction of attribution modelling to map sales & marketing touchpoints and their weighted impact. Event Support & Coordination Coordinate outbound campaigns to promote our attendance at digital and in-person events, ensuring correct contact and lead management in HubSpot post-event. Person Specification Essential: 4 yearsB2B marketing experience in successfully designing, executing, monitoring and controlling marketing campaigns. A good working knowledge of CRM or systems automation, lead scoring frameworks and database enrichment techniques (e.g. HubSpot or other CRM) Experience of running outbound campaigns using HubSpot (or equivalent) and third-party tools (Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar etc.). Experience of analysing marketing data and providing commercial insights to management. Strong logic, analytical skills and problem-solving ability with clear communication Proficient in reporting tools and performance dashboard creation. Desirable: Degree qualified CIM Membership and/or CIM Marketing Qualifications (or equivalent) Deep understanding of HubSpot and / or HubSpot Certifications. Proven experience in a marketing operations or data-driven outbound role. Experienced in the benchmarking of marketing and sales metrics. Familiarity with lead lifecycle design, campaign attribution, and ROI analysis Experience of event management / coordination (both virtual and in-person). Confident communicator with the ability to translate complex reporting into simple and insightful recommendations for a range of stakeholders. SaaS Marketing Experience
