As part of this trajectory, the Liverpool office is being positioned as a key regional platform, with Building Surveying identified as a core discipline for further development and senior leadership.

The individual
The individual best suited to this opportunity will be a commercially astute, client-facing Chartered Building Surveyor with the credibility to operate comfortably at Partner level.

* MRICS Chartered status
* Senior consultancy experience within the North West or a comparable regional market
* A proven track record of leading teams, managing client relationships and generating work
* Broad technical Building Surveying capability and sound professional judgement
* A collaborative leadership style aligned with a people-focused culture
