About Us
Founded in 1994 by a former foster parent and social worker, Foster Care Associates (FCA) is a leading fostering agency and part of the Polaris Community, one of the UK's largest networks of children's service providers. Our journey began with a simple mission: to positively impact the lives of looked-after children.
From our humble beginnings in Worcestershire, we've grown into one of the UK's most respected independent fostering agencies. Our commitment to making a lasting difference for children, families, and communities remains at the heart of everything we do. At FCA, we believe in the power of family, and we strive to support every child and foster parent every step of the way.
