Our client is a major operator within the energy and industrial infrastructure sector, delivering essential services that support reliability, safety and operational excellence across multiple UK sites. The organisation plays a key role in enabling the transition to cleaner, more efficient energy while ensuring continuity of supply and performance.
We are seeking a highly organised and commercially aware Portfolio Services Contract Lead to manage a suite of centralised service contracts across a multi-site portfolio.
The role covers the full contract lifecycle - from specification, tendering and award, through to performance management, continuous improvement and renewal.
You will act as a single point of coordination between site teams, procurement specialists and external suppliers to ensure consistency, commercial value and regulatory compliance.
Serve as the central contract management focal point for all group contracts (e.g., Fire Systems, Security, Power, Fleet Management).
Develop contract strategies that balance economies of scale with local site needs.
Engage with site teams to ensure services deliver value, reduce risk and remain compliant with relevant regulations.
Writing or refining service specifications
Working with Procurement from tender through contract award
Overseeing invoicing, receipting and commercial administration
Plan and coordinate RAMS with vendors and site contacts to ensure safe service delivery.
Develop and monitor contractor performance metrics.
Lead corrective actions when contractual performance falls short.
Oversee contract performance reviews, renewals and termination.
Act as the organisation's lead for a portfolio-wide Stores Management Improvement Programme.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders (leadership, procurement, asset teams) and external suppliers.
Collaborate with security and IT representatives to ensure physical security and CCTV systems align with regulatory expectations.
Strong technical foundation with proven commercial acumen.
Understanding of procurement processes, contract management and supply chain principles.
Valid UK driving licence with willingness to travel between sites.
Operate at the centre of a high-impact, value-driven contract framework.
Shape and improve commercial and operational standards across a multi-site portfolio.
Contribute to major infrastructure supporting the UK's long-term energy and industrial capability.
