Salary: Basic salary £45k + Uncapped Bonus (Realistic OTE of £60k) + Mercedes Sprinter Van
We are seeking a proven bodyshop technician with expertise in Paint Spraying, Panel Technicing, Panel Beating, SMART Repair, and Mobile Bodyshop Repairs. You will perform mobile repairs for customers in the Manchester area, completing work at customer locations. No cold calling – all work is sourced from our central team. You will be based at our Trafford Park site.
You will receive industry‑recognised training, including access to our in‑house IMI accredited centre. Training covers current repair methods and new specialisms such as Hybrid & EV vehicle repair. You will also be given a personalised learning plan.
To qualify, you must hold a full UK/EU driving licence and have proven experience in any of the listed disciplines.
