Regular overtime available, with a competitive £18.66 per hour overtime rate
Shift patterns may include:
Monday–Thursday, 7:30am–5:15pm
Monday–Thursday, 7:30am–5:15pm, plus Friday 7:30am–12:30pm

Key Responsibilities
Assemble small components to the required quality standards
Work as part of a supportive team to achieve production targets
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace
Follow established assembly processes, instructions, and quality procedures
What We’re Looking For
A flexible, positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
Reliable and punctual
Previous experience in manufacturing or assembling small components
Basic mechanical or electrical understanding
Confident reading assembly diagrams or work instructions
Comfortable using hand tools
Experience working to production targets
