We’re looking for an organised and proactive Property Manager to join our growing team. This role suits someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple properties efficiently. Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is essential, as you’ll liaise with a diverse range of landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the main contact for tenants and landlords, managing maintenance requests and updates.
* Coordinate urgent and routine repairs with approved contractors.
* Arrange and track safety checks (Gas, EICR, EPC, alarms, HMO licensing).
* Conduct regular inspections and provide detailed reports.
* Manage contractor performance, quotes, and compliance.
* Oversee maintenance budgets, authorisations, and invoice processing.
* Collaborate with colleagues to deliver seamless property management service.
What You’ll Bring
* Experience in property management or a similar role.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese (essential).
