Your new role
Your new role as a Customer Service officer withplaints/objections handling will entail you working through a backlog of previous and currentplaints in addition to dealing with general customer enquiries. Theplaints may be easily resolved – a case of simply closing the live case on the report. It could require you to spend a little bit more time resolving the said problem, passing the customer onto relevant teams.What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you will be required to have excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.Previousplaints handling is desired.You will be a self-motivated individual who can manage their own workload in a time-efficient manner to meet tight deadlines.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will be working on a temporary basis for a well-established not-for-profit organisation. This is a 3-month temporary contract with scope for extension or to be made permanent, depending on your performance. This is predominantly an office-based role with the potential to be made into a hybrid working role once training ispleted. The office is based in Blackburn. There is free on-site parking for when you are working in the office. You will be paid between £ - £ per hour inclusive of holiday pay.
